1. Service Description

ShiftCare is a smart nurse scheduling system designed specifically for Taiwan healthcare institutions, providing the following services:

• Smart scheduling engine and automated scheduling features
• Personal schedule viewing and leave management for nurses
• Scheduling management and leave weight settings for head nurses
• Hospital-wide integrated management platform for nursing departments
• Automated regulatory compliance checks

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate part or all of the Service at any time, with prior notice to users.

2. Usage Guidelines

By using the Service, you agree to comply with the following guidelines:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete registration information
• Safeguard your account credentials and not share them with others
• Not use the Service for any illegal activities
• Not attempt to access the system or other users' data through unauthorized means
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the system
• Not use automated programs or scripts to extract system data in bulk

If you violate these guidelines, the Company has the right to suspend or terminate your account access.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content within the Service, including but not limited to:

• Software code, algorithms, and scheduling logic
• User interface design, icons, and visual elements
• Text content, trademarks, and logos
• API interface design and technical documentation

Are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by the Copyright Act of the Republic of China and international intellectual property laws. Without written authorization from the Company, you may not reproduce, modify, publish, or distribute the above content in any form.

Scheduling data and personnel data generated through the Service belong to your organization.

4. Disclaimer

• The Service is provided "as is." The Company does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• Scheduling suggestions are for reference only. Final scheduling decisions should be confirmed by authorized management personnel.
• Built-in regulatory rules are based on the latest announcements. The Company will endeavor to maintain updates but does not guarantee immediate reflection of all regulatory changes.
• The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events (such as natural disasters, network outages, or government actions).
• You are responsible for ensuring that personal data processed through the Service complies with the Personal Data Protection Act.

5. Service Changes

The Company reserves the following rights:

• Modify, update, or add features to the Service at any time
• Adjust service fees with 30 days' prior notice
• Modify these terms of service, with changes posted on the website

Major changes will be communicated to users via email or in-system notifications. Continued use of the Service after terms modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

6. Termination

The Service may be terminated under the following circumstances:

• Voluntary Termination: You may notify the Company to terminate the Service at any time. Refunds will be handled according to the contract.
• Company Termination: If you seriously violate these terms, the Company has the right to immediately terminate your Service.
• Contract Expiration: The Service automatically terminates when the contract expires and is not renewed.

After Service termination, the Company will provide a 30-day data export period for you to download all relevant data. After this period, data will be securely deleted.

7. Governing Law

The interpretation and application of these terms of service shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.
