It Started with a Simple Observation

ShiftCare was born from a simple observation: head nurses in Taiwan spend over 30 hours every month on scheduling — time that could be spent on clinical management and patient care.

We partnered closely with frontline head nurses to understand the real pain points of scheduling, then built from the ground up a smart scheduling system designed specifically for Taiwan's nursing environment.
