Fast Is Good. Well-Scheduled Is Better.
The interface is only the surface — engine details determine schedule quality. All of these rules are built in and ready out of the box.
~25-Second Generation
A full monthly schedule computed in one pass — even faster for smaller units. Recompute anytime after changing conditions.
Shift Rhythm Control
Avoids erratic patterns, 6 consecutive workdays, and single-day-on/off; shift-type caps protect everyone's daily rhythm.
Automatic Compliance Checks
Taiwan labor rules, flexible working-hour schemes, and rest intervals enforced end to end — every schedule is compliant on output.
Cross-Month Continuity
Month boundaries are checked automatically so consecutive workdays and rest intervals never break at the turn of the month.
Leave Fairness
Days off balanced automatically across staff, backed by a transparent leave-weight system.
Mixed Working-Hour Scheduling
Complex cases like 2-shift and 3-shift cross scheduling are handled just the same.
Per-Slot Staffing
Set headcount and leader allocation per time slot to match real ward conditions.
Optimal-Solution Guarantee
The algorithm guarantees the optimal solution; when none exists, it helps diagnose over- or under-staffing instead of leaving you guessing.
Six Details Forged from Real Pain Points
Each one maps to the most draining part of nurse scheduling — the parts hardest to juggle by hand are planned and completed by the engine.
Set Staffing Levels Day by Day
Staffing demand doesn't have to be one number for the whole month. Fine-tune per-shift headcount caps for individual dates or even specific time slots — one more on weekends, one less on certain weekdays — matching your unit's real needs instead of forcing a fixed value.
Schedules Connect Seamlessly Across Months
At shift rotation, someone on night shift at month-end placed straight into an early shift violates rest-interval rules. The system automatically extends month-end shifts; when a slot opens up due to leave, it backfills automatically so day, evening, and night shifts never go uncovered at the turn of the month.
Mark a Day Off — Leave Types Assign Themselves
Head nurses only mark who is off on which day, without specifying the leave type. The system decides per labor law: regular and rest days first, then annual leave or comp time when quotas run short, with personal leave requests factored in. You decide; the rest is auto-configured and stays compliant.
See the Gap Before You Start Scheduling
From per-shift available staff and full-month demand, the system computes required person-days versus what you have — the overtime gap appears instantly. Leave and recalls update the forecast in real time, so tight staffing is visible immediately, not discovered mid-month.
One Person's Capacity, Split Precisely
Everyone has primary and secondary shifts. When a shift runs short, the system dispatches support from backup shifts — not by moving a whole person, but by splitting with ratios and weights: count "half a person" toward evenings, or weight someone to support days first. Limited staff, used with precision, without disrupting the main line.
Frame Everyone's Track Before Scheduling
Before the official run, hard-frame each person's shift distribution with effective ranges: nights for the first half, evenings for the second, mid-month onboarding, cross-month starts. Someone starting on the 21st stays blank for 20 days, then enters the roster — the engine completes automatic scheduling within the frame you set.
